Refund policy

We hope you and your little cubs love your Sun Cub goodies! Every order is packed with care — but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Because of the nature of our products (especially sunscreen), we can’t accept returns or exchanges, even if unopened. We also don’t offer returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully when placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged or something’s missing, please get in touch with us at hello@suncubco.com within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be unused and unopened — once it’s been opened or used, we’re unable to replace it.
